Working terms.
These terms explain the basis on which Frame Relay provides photography and production services.
Bookings and proposals
A project is confirmed once the scope, fee, schedule and any agreed expenses are set out in writing and the required booking payment has been received. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless another period is stated.
Changes and cancellation
Changes to the agreed scope may affect the fee, delivery date or both. If a booked session is cancelled, costs already committed to third parties may remain payable. We will always explain those costs as early as possible.
Delivery and image use
Delivery timing, selection process and agreed formats are included in the project proposal. Image usage is licensed for the agreed purpose and period; additional use can be discussed in writing before publication.
